Phillip Bufford is an independent television producer, writer, director, actor, and creative executive focused on developing original, character-driven entertainment for television and emerging distribution platforms.

Mr. Bufford is the creator and creative force behind the award-winning drama series "Dear Love", as well as the television drama miniseries "Honest Liars". Expanding his work beyond scripted programming, he is the Executive Producer and Director of "After The Show", an interview-driven talk series hosted by Marissa Harlyn.

Through his work, Phillip Bufford demonstrates a creative ability to develop original intellectual property from concept through production, combining storytelling, performance, direction, and executive oversight to build distinctive entertainment properties with potential for broader audiences and distribution.

In "Dear Love", Mr. Bufford stars as Malcolm Dubois, the quiet, ambitious, and formidable owner of Black Rose Agency. Set against a world of fashion, power, influence, and hidden agendas, Malcolm must determine whether love will become his greatest strength—or the vulnerability that allows those around him to take everything he has built.

As Phillip Bufford continues expanding his portfolio of scripted and unscripted programming, his focus remains on creating compelling stories, developing memorable characters, and building original entertainment properties designed for long-term growth.
